Managzen is a studio-management service operated by managzen.com. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.
Account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
Use of the service
You may use Managzen to manage your own studio — members, bookings, attendance, and related records. You may not resell access or use the service for any unlawful purpose.
Member data
You are the data controller for the member records you store in your studio; Managzen processes that data only on your instructions, as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for any consent or notice obligations you may have towards your members under applicable law.
Termination
You may close your account at any time from Settings, which starts a 30-day grace period before your studio and its data are permanently erased — see the Privacy Policy for details. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms.
Changes
These terms may be updated; the date above shows when they last changed. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
