Privacy Policy

Managzen is a studio-management service operated by managzen.com. This policy explains how the personal data of account holders is handled. Questions can be sent to support@managzen.com.
Data held
An account holder's name, sign-in email, and credentials are held to provide the service. Sign-in activity and basic technical logs are kept to operate and secure it. Credentials are never held in plain text.
Studios use the service to manage their own members. That member data is kept and processed only on the studio's instructions; it is not used for any other purpose. For that member data, the studio is the data controller and Managzen is the data processor.
How it is used
Account data is used to run the account, authenticate sign-in, provide support, and keep the service secure. It is not sold or used for advertising.
Sharing
Data is held by the service providers used to run the platform — Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting), Resend (email), Cloudflare (network), and Sentry (error monitoring, with personal data removed). Data may also be disclosed where required by law.
Retention and deletion
An account holder can request deletion of their account at any time from Settings. Deletion starts a 30-day grace period: no studio data is touched, and signing back in during this window restores the account in place. A reminder is sent about 7 days before the deletion date.
Once the 30-day grace period has strictly passed without a restore, the account, its studio, and all associated member data are permanently and irreversibly erased.
Rights
An account holder may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their data, or object to its use, by writing to support@managzen.com. A complaint may also be made to the relevant data protection authority.
Changes
This policy may be updated; the date above shows when it last changed.
